This Refund Policy applies to purchases made at lymphaticdrainagedrops.shop, operated by Gboss GLD LLC ("Lymphatic Drainage Drops", "we", "us").

30-day money-back guarantee

Your first order is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. If Lymphatic Drainage Drops is not right for you, email us within 30 days of the delivery date and we will refund the product price of that order. Because this is a consumable product, you may request the refund even if a bottle has been opened and partially used.

For later orders, unopened bottles can be returned for a refund within 30 days of delivery.

How to request a refund

Email autoplusautomacoes@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the request. We reply within 2 business days. If we ask you to send products back, we will give you the return address and instructions — please do not ship anything before contacting us, because returns sent without authorization may not be processed.

Return shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged or defective item), we cover return shipping. For change-of-mind returns of unopened bottles, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take an additional billing cycle to show the credit. Shipping is free, so there are no shipping charges to refund.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, leaking, defective or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the product and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

What we cannot accept

• Requests made more than 30 days after delivery
• Products bought from a third-party seller — please contact that seller
• Gift cards

Cancellations

You can cancel an order at no cost at any time before it ships. Once it has shipped, it is handled as a return under this policy.

Exchanges

To switch to a different bundle, request a refund for the item you have and place a new order.
